Console users may find that due to the nature of the console vpn we may hold, store or use and collect data including DNS queries. We only collect information that are necessary data to enable you to register and or use our Site and Services. Subscriptions finals vpn Services are available to you upon registration on the Site. By subscribing to the Services (one time payment) all payments are made in United States Dollars, you agree to become a subscriber (“Subscriber”) for the period you have elected. A full list of subscription plans and pricing is available on the Site. finals vpn and SBMMOFF LTD reserves the right to amend subscription fees or institute new fees at any time upon reasonable advance notice posted on the Site or sent via email. Any changes to the pricing will not affect the Subscriber’s current subscription period and will become effective upon subscription renewal. Subscription purchases and refunds are handled via third-party payment companies: Stripe. There is a $3 fee which you will be liable to pay in order to process any refund request. The subscription fee for pc users is available on monthly or yearly plans. By default, auto-renewal is turned on. This product does not work for mac or gaming consoles such as play station or xbox consoles. This software is for PC only. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at our website at https://finalsvpn.com. Each paid subscription grants you access to a varying number of VPN servers (at least 20 at all times) to use on only one device at any given time. If you want to use the Services on more than one device at a time, then you can purchase additional subscription plans. 5. Refund Policy You may cancel your account with a full refund minus the processing fee listed above within 48 hours of your initial purchase (“Money Back Guarantee”). Understand that any subscriber has enough time to contact us within this 48 hours period if a valid reason* is provided, we will not send refunds outside of this time period. Sadly we can not provide refunds for the "server addon package" due to the way we procure your personal servers. Valid reasons* for a refund are as follows: Software does not function. Before any refunds are processed you must be willing to receive support from one of our support staff via discord in order for us to help you install and configure the software correctly. If you decline to receive support via discord in order for us to rectify any issues you may be having then you will not be eligible for any refund of your purchase. If you do not agree to abide by our terms of service and refund policy, please do not purchase this product. Only credit and debit cards are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the purchase date. Refunds are generally processed within seven - nine days, and are made to the original form of payment used for purchase. It may take up to 3 additional days for our third-party payment companies to handle these refunds and effectively send back the money. We will not process refunds for mistaken purchases or to people that did not read the product description and claim that they did not understand what they were purchasing. Any change to the original purchase, such as upgrading to an extended billing term, shall constitute a waiver of the Money Back Guarantee option. Acceptable Use Policy finals vpn Services may be accessed from all around the world, so it is your responsibility to assess whether using the Site, Apps, Software, or Services is in compliance with local laws and regulations. Whenever you use the Site, Apps, Software, or Services, you should comply with these Terms and applicable laws, regulations, and policies. You understand that it is your responsibility to keep your finals vpn account information and password confidential. Any attempts at sharing your login information will result in a ban from using our services and a forfeit of any chance of a refund due to you breaking our terms of service agreement. finals vpn aims to provide the best service possible to all of our Subscribers. In that sense, we require that you do not misuse our Content or Services. A misuse refers to any use, access, or interference with the Content or Services contrary to the Terms or applicable laws and regulations. In order to protect the Services from being misused or used to harm someone, finals vpn reserves the right to take appropriate measures when our Services are being used contrary to these Terms and applicable laws. You agree that Swaff vpn may terminate your account, without providing a refund for Services already paid, if you misuse the Service or attempt to share your account details or our software with non authorized individuals. License Subject to your compliance with these Terms, finals vpn grants to you a non-exclusive and limited license to download finals vpn and use the Software. Each licence is on a per person basis, any attempt at sharing your account info will results in a loss of your account and you will void any chance of being refunded. 8. Language and Translation of Content All of our Content was originally written in English. Any translation of our Content is done on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of translated Content. In the event of any discrepancy between the translated Content and the English Content, the English Content shall prevail. 9. Disclaimers We will strive to prevent interruptions to the Site and Services. However, these are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and we do not warrant, either expressly or by implication, the accuracy of any materials or information provided through the Site or Service, or their suitability for any particular purpose. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Final Provisions If any provision in this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or the provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
